I've used this store maybe 4-5 times over the last few years, needless to say the loss of my business won't bankrupt them. In the past I was more than happy to use their service because the product was always what I expected and then some. Last February I went in for a tshirt, it was a last minute thing and I needed the shirt that same day. I approached the man who reeks of cigarette smoke and speaks in a two-pack-a-day raspy voice if he could do the shirt in one day. I told the angry man that I would pay extra for the same day service, he was annoyed. The angry man rolled his eyes when I asked what styles they offered, for some reason this question angered the already angry man even more. I was scared to ask if I could try a shirt on. When I told the angry man what text I wanted on the shirt I asked him "does that make sense?" The angry man replied "no, but whatever." By this time I was struggling to be polite, but I wanted the shirt and even apologized for wanting to spend my money in the angry mans store. The angry man became contagious. After I paid the angry man he told me not to come back with such high demands again. The angry man asked for at least two days notice next time. I don't think there will be a next time. When I returned to pick up the shirt from the angry man I gave him a $10 gratuity for the screen printer because the work was exceptional. I love my tshirt. I hope the angry man is an honest man and gave the tip to the person responsible for the superior craftsmanship of the shirt. If the angry man is not an honest man I hope he used the $10 for a joint instead of cigarettes. Don't purchase stuff from the angry man.
