Crime rate is high and it's practically every neighbor for themselves here. If the owners are gonna be raising rent then they should atleast invest that money into the property to make it better secure instead of driving around in their golf carts trying to find someone to give ticket about their 1" of weeds
Roads need a lot of work. Kids need an enforced curfew. Most of the stray dogs have been taken care of.
