Horrible experience! When my husband walked into this place the barber literally turned around and walked away. The lady at the counter did not ask if he needed help or say a word. He sat down assuming that he would be helped shortly thereafter. He waited for several minutes and soon after a few other people came in that were helped. It was at this point that he decided he was obviously not going to be helped and he decided to leave. As much as we hate to say this we firmly believe that he was being discriminated against because he is white. He has never had this happen before. Everyone in the shop was Indian/Navaho as were the people that came in after my husband. I guess we have bad ones in every bunch
Asked the instructor of the barber school to cut exactly like the picture was shown. Did not end well and dislike of how it came. Cut too much off and it has taken awhile to grow out to a length I want it to be. Instructor also said the haircut in the photo was hideous. I think now my haircut is hideous.
Romo is awesome! He was the first and only one that has cut my babies hair since 4 months till now 7 months old and has done a great job!
Seems like it's always crowded here but most of the customers are waiting for 2 or 3 of the barbers. If you just want to get in and out and don't care who cuts your hair, they can get you on your way pretty quick. Their skill level varies greatly from barber to barber.
