1st Time yoga class goer and let me tell you this place is great. I did a “drop in” to a beginner class that was already basically in the middle of a four week session. I loved it and will be returning. Everything was so easy and flowed well. The instructor I had, Sara, made the whole 1 hour class fly by. She’s great, as I’m sure all the other instructors are great who teach there. Check this place out, especially if you’ve been tinkering around with the idea of trying yoga, you will not be disappointed!
