Better than the normal Crossfit gym. The owners/coaches are trained and experienced well beyond the basics and they treat every client with individual care and attention. Also the community of people that go there are top notch

A lot of people have a misunderstanding of what crossfit is really about. Animas Crossfit is an AMAZING gym, with dedicated trainers. All you have to do is get yourself in the door, and they will instruct you through an amazing workout that is at YOUR level!! You do not need to be able to do a push up, or pull up, or know anything about weight lifting. The class environment is so encouraging, and everyone is welcomed!! This is the ONLY gym that has actually motivated me to work harder on my fitness, and diet. But it also motivates you in all aspects of your life! If you are ready to make a change, but are afraid-come to a free class!

This isn't a typical gym where everyone puts in their headphones and does their own thing. We are a community. During a workout you have others encouraging you to keep going. Even though the workouts are set for us, they always have variations available for different levels. And even though the coaches are very helpful, the members are always willing to help and answer questions as well. I've never felt more comfortable in a gym setting. Love this place!!
