Radiator suddenly failed in my Subaru (split seam in the plastic end tanks) while traveling through Farmington NM. Bob ordered a replacement sight-unseen, trusting my diagnosis over the phone, and it arrived the next morning. I was back on my way the next day, about 90 minutes after dropping it off.

Highly recommend! While running errands in Farmington, ALL the warning lights in my subaru came on. With no prior knowledge of Uncle Bob's, I decided to try them .... and SO glad I did. Friendly, helpful, efficient, right-on with the estimate, good work. Car was repaired and I was back on the road to Durango quickly. Thanks Uncle Bob's!!
Had a great experience. As a single woman I often feel I'm being lied to and taken advantage of by mechanics (I usually find out afterward I paid for work that didn't need to be done but the mechanic insisted on). When I told them what was wrong I didn't feel like I was being brushed off but heard.
Rude. Came an hour and half before closing and they are apparantly too busy. We brought our car over on the verge of breaking down and said he couldnt look at it until MONDAY! We almost couldn't even get out his parking lot because our car barely goes! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
In the end I was very satisfied with the service. I feel like I was charged a fair price and my car is running great. Thank you!
