Stood at the checkout counter for several minutes before Kathy finally came over. Didn't say hello, didn't apologize for the wait, simply "will this be all?" Had a phone coupon, she tells me my total and doesn't even acknowledge my phone coupon which was sitting inside the quilt hoop I was purchasing and starts bagging my items. Finally grabs my phone and scans the coupon and tells me my new total. No personality whatsoever and came across as she was either hating her job or having a crap day. Thanks for taking it out on me Kathy, merry Christmas to you too.
I love this store. The staff is wonderful. The store is well stocked and clean. The reason for the 4 stars is because the store is so small All the Albuquerque stores are bigger than our Farmington store.
