When I show up fro my appointment (on time) I wait in the waiting room for 1 hour before I am taken back. Which is pretty ridiculous since they already had our information. When I finally was taken back I gave the doctor my sons vaccination record, which he was a little behind, because we had just relocated to the area. They told me they where going to catch him up... Come to find out they gave him the SAME VACCINES he had ALREADY RECEIVED! Can you read!?! Vaccines make me nervous in the first place, but I know the benefits outweigh the risks, but to EXPOSE MY SON TO UNNECESSARY RISK, is not okay! I wouldn't be surprised if this clinic gets a myriad of malpractice suites in the near future! Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor's office!
If I could give this place a negative rating... I WOULD! I had to go in and fill out the new patient paper turn it in order to schedule an apt. When I turned my sons paperwork into the receptionist I asked if I could get another packet to fill out for myself. I wanted to fill out mine while she processed my sons, but she said, "in a moment" and spent 20min. entering in my sons information to her computer, before she got up and gave me mine. She was incredibly rude.
