Horrible customer service. Staff members got in my face, ignored me, lied, and told me to sit down and be quiet. They refused to see my lo because I got upset with them.for making me wait an hour to be helped. They skipped me because my lo needed a diaper change. When i asked to speak with the Manger they said she wasn't in. When I asked for her information they went and got her. She was hateful and went as far as to call the police on me while making me believe I was going to be helped then refused my child when police arrived. Worst worst worst Dr. experience!! There are no other specialists of this kind in town which has added excess stress and pain on my toddler.
The doctors are very caring and knowledgeable.
pre-authorized! you would think the doctor would know this is considered a medical procedure!!! The office staff should all be fired, when I called to ask about the $600.00 the immediate response was one that sounded like it had been given hundreds of times before, (didn't you read the sign) I'm sure he is a fantastic Doctor, just be prepared to be charged the extra $$$$$$$$ that the insurance will not pay.

Dr.Wilkey is not the doctor for me as he just quikly inserted a probe into my nostrils which was painful and he seemed as if he didnt believe me that it was that painful. I've several tattoos, I play basketball, and I barrel race so one could say I am fairly tolerant to pain but what he did was painful! I told him ahead of time regarding the inflammation I was experiencing. I just disliked my overall experience with him during my initial exam. Now Dr. Clarke on the other hand has been a good doc. No robot. The waiting time is pretty long but I've also worked Retina so I sorta understand. Customer service is ok.
