I came here on a HONDA! and they were still helpful. I was riding cross country on my 1974 CB550 and needed a cotter pin. They didn't treat me like I was on a competitors bike, just tried to get me what I needed. The whole staff was really nice. I'd shop here in a heartbeat.
Customer service is lacking. Sales should have quotes professionally prepared and be ahead of the customer preference.
