I was stranded in this town for 3 days and the Owner never did what I asked him to do...Replace the wheel-bearing and fix the e-brake. Instead he replaced 1 pair of brake pads, broke the e-brake and I'm about to spend another $500 to redo their mechanic's mistake on the wheel-bearings. Never returned calls or was available; Rather it took me showing up demanding my vehicle and handing over some money for their poor craftsmanship to get on the road again... you won't save anything here, I wish I would drove it limping to another mechanic
Monkey's with a wrench taped to their hands would be more efficient than these guys. Takes them a month to do simple tasks. I'm never going to take my car here again and I suggest everyone that reads this to do the same. Trust me.
Beyond worst place ever. Their hours are whenever they feel like opening. I'm sure they get there a couple minutes before lunch so they can take their 2 hour plus lunch. For the 3rd time in a week I make a 9:00 A.M. appointment and nobody is there even by 10:00 A.M. It must be rough to run a business that is open 6 hours a week (on a good week) to bad that place never has a good week. The owner never seems to give written bills either I wonder if the IRS and BBB knows about that. I'm giving CSR a poor rating because there is nothing lower!
