Work was great. I had a question on the bill though and the Service Manager quickly fixed the issue and took the cost off our bill. We will continue to take our F250 to them.
I have always had a good experience at the Service Dept. I get my vehicle serviced there, tires rotated and had my 15,000 mile service done. The staff it's pleasant and very efficient.
I have been to this establishment 3 times. Each time I have been there we couldn't find anyone to help us. Although they have nice vehicles I'm not too sure how good their staff is. 2 of the 3 times we ended up buying at Auto Max. And this is all in the last year and a half, last time was last week. I understand that Pele have bad days, that's why I tried them again and again.. But I now think I'm done.

The quick lane does a good job and is staffed with friendly folks. The service department is quick to get you in and does good work. Sometimes they need some extra prodding to look into symptoms of issues that aren't readily apparent.
