Recently purchased a vehicle from dbs. Requested a new antenna which took weeeeeks for them to "order" and it STILL doesnt work bcus the previous owner "cut all the wiring" Was promised a steam clean because it was disgusting before signing the papers but all of a sudden it was "BROKEN" after we signed paperwork and the freaking shop ppl put black stains on my roof material while installing the antenna. The tire was getting flat and the traction signal keeps going off. The interior lights dnt even work bcus the fuse is MISSING AND BULBS ARE MISSING! JUST ALOT OF DAMN PROBLEMS! I do understand the meaning of USED VEHICLE but damn if u wna sell legitimately at least do the work 100% Not just half assed!
They like to rip off low income people. I would put 0 stars if they had it. Would highly suggest you look elsewhere.
Do not buy a car from DB's. The sales person went on and on about the 150 point inspection that each car goes through. He said my car was in excellent condition. After test driving it, I requested that he complete three repairs: the sideview mirror was broken, the radio did not work, and there were two chips in the windshield. He said that he would order the parts and have the repairs done in two weeks. When I picked up the car, the radio was the same. It worked, but the CD player still had problems. For the side mirror, he placed a new mirror over the broken one. The new mirror fell off after only one month. He said that windshield repairman said that the chips were too small to be fixed (even though his own repairman said that no windshield person had been out to see it). Last week I had a flat tire on the car and found that the spare tire had a large hole in it and a bent rim (I guess the spare tire was not included on the 150 point inspection). The sales people make a lot of promises, but do not follow through.
