I was sold a 2017 that I love however it has many issues. It is in the shop every week practically and they basically said oh to bad. It's under warranty we will fix it but that is beside the point. It is clear I was sold a faulty car. I'm willing to do an even trade for a rental and continue to pay my payments. They said no way the best they will offer is for me to go upside down on my current loan for a new car or I can get a lawyer. A car that has problems will most likely always have problems. I will be paying on this car long after the warranty is up. They won't be fixing it then I will!! A new car is usually a great and exciting investment like my last one. However I'm full of regret and dread. They we're not even sympathetic to my problems. My last vehicle was always serviced and fixed at the dealership when she got old. I will never buy or use this dealership again once the warranty is up.To be honest we were looking to buy a Truck too...so they lost a sale. I'm sure this response will never be sent or posted any where perhaps I should start posting to yelp and such sites!!
The sales man was really trying hard to make a sale. Was trying to push me into things I know I didn't want. But he did item my eyes to something I might consider.
Thanks to the Webb Service Guys! Good job of replacing Thermostats and service job on my Silverado Duramax, no leaks, no drips! Runs good and back to good fuel mileage.
