We purchased our used Honda CR-V about a year ago.The sales lady Stacey was very nice & knowledgeable. We feel great about our decision. we have already had oil changes and our 100,000 tune-up. They have dona a great job. We are pleased, and highly recommend them for your purchasing and maintenance on your vehicle(s).
EDIT: Phil, the new manager, called me and talked with me and apologized for the inquietude customer service and told me that she no longer works for the company. After speaking with him, I know he genuinely cares about his customers and was willing to talk things out with me. This being said, I would do back to this dealer and give them a second chance and I will be going there to get my oil changed when it is time! Thank you for your time as well as your patience Phil!
Excellent customer service. I took my 2014 Honda Civic in for routine maintenance. They were friendly, polite, and answered all my questions. They did not try to sell me unnecessary services, which I appreciated. And, now that they are under new management, I get coupons in the mail to offset the costs of those services. I purchased my car there new, and in that time, never received coupons or any other incentives to bring my car back. I'm happy with the service I got, coupons, and now my car runs better than it has in awhile. I will definitely go back, and will be bringing some friends with me. Thanks!
Came in for an oil change. They told me my battery needed to be replaced. I bought it last year about this time at Sam's Club. Took my car over there and had them check it. It tested fine. I'd say beware. Customer service is lacking. I miss Hanson's wonderful service.
I went here just to check out a couple of cars. Stacey came right out and greeted me. She was able to answer all my questions and give me great recommendations. She wasn’t pushy at all and really worked hard so I could get a great reliable car inside of my budget. Overall great experience and when I am in need of another car I will be returning. I was rear ended and looking at cars at the Melloy Honda and Rachel was helping me. She was very sweet that day, but she was complaining about a customer that she had just sold a car to, showing me the CR-Vs which I knew that I wanted. When we were going over things she got a call on her cell phone and spoke with whom ever it was for about 5-7 minutes as I awkwardly stared at her. She called me 2 days later asking when I was going to buy a car and I told her another price I had gotten and asked her to speak with her manager if we could make a deal with it. That was 5 days ago. She has still not called me back but has emailed me about buying a car from her, HA! I drove to Santa Fe yesterday, a 5 hour drive for me, and bought a car from the dealership down there.
