We like Hi-Country; However, our second visit didn’t go well for us. A negative equity is not a good thing with the jeep we bought last year. They were willing to swap it out but the results the second time wasn’t what we wanted. Instead, they wanted us to keep the jeep and trade out another vehicle that we were in to get another compact vehicle!
4 year old GMC not 75,000 miles stereo quit playing discs twice, and traction control light on. Went in for oil change asked if they could check it out. Cracked radiator, steering column position sensor out and disc player broken. 3000..Super high quote to fix it, nothing under warranty. Not even the radio although this was the second time it quit, and they replaced it due to malfunction not 2 years prior to this. Then they charge me 100 bucks for the diagnosis which amounted to nothing more than plugging in a cord. My first GMC, my last GMC, and the last time I visit Hi-Country!
