I was irritated to get home from getting my food and find out that they only put on my burger what I didn't ask for. This is happened multiple times...love the food but this is getting irritating
Decent place. Service was, meh. Teen staff always ruin the experience...
My wife loves this place. Not my favorite tho. I don't eat beef, but their veggie burger is pretty decent. Be sure to get it double patty. Their "shoestring" fries are literally that. Very tiny and not much flavor besides salt. I don't like the layout of the dining area. They just tried to pack as many tables as they could into a small space. We usually go outside if it's warm enough.
I love the food, and have had acceptable to outstanding service. We go out to eat to enjoy each other's company but the music at Freddy's is usually so loud that we can't talk. We generally leave feeling beat up by the noise in there. When the place is packed, 50 people trying to shout over the music is almost a physical assault. We went in one time that the music was turned way down and enjoyed the experience. Been in a dozen times that we didn't enjoy the experience at all. We don't go very often because of the noise. Love the food, hate the noise. The noise wins most times.
