Yummy food. But came at the dinner rush. Had to wave down our server each time. She never came herself to refill our drinks or ask if we were ok. Oh well. Thanks to the other servers for helping us out.
Order was done incorrect, put the ingredients that we specified not to include. Then second time around, still one item was wrong. Waiter didn’t refill our drinks and took awhile to get our check. Then our waiter says, “sorry guys I tried to take care of you but they got your order wrong.” If you tried to take care of us, you’d check our water for the whole two hours we were waiting. Why didn’t we just walk out? But instead I still tipped since I know the struggles of a waiter.
This particular Chili's is nice. You man who seated us was very pleasant with guest and very friendly. Jacob, our server was also very friendly and made sure we all were taken care of and tended to us with extraordinary service. Would come back again if I could.
I love Chili's. Good foods great service. I recommend to all who enjoy food regularly. Beef ribs are outstanding. Sharing my likes with all who enter Chili's bar and grill. Loved very much yummy!!!!!!
We were in the bar and it was so loud we were yelling to talk to friends and the waiter. Also so cold we wore r jackets. The bar was slow and did not get the drinks right. Also the food was slow. And I don't like the the metal dish wear, not sure if it's washed after each use. To sum it all up. It was loud,cold,and no fun.
