Update to my previous post: at 7:30 pm Pamela Woolley, Broker for Keller Williams, called me and yelled at me after reading my reviews. She finds no issue with what Jennifer Garcia did and instead is trying to blame another professional involved for sending out an email that Jennifer happened to see! She told me this is my "personal issue " and I shouldn't try to make her company look bad. YES it is a personal issue!! We do agree on that much, I definitely have an issue with my personal information being shared to anyone that is not for business purposes, without my consent, that's the problem. I let her know that if she still doesn't consider what Jennifer did an issue (even after I told her what the state board of commission read to me out of the code of conduct) than she must not hold her company or employees to very high standards and therefore I'm glad I wrote the reviews. That is what reviews are for, to inform the public about businesses, whether good or bad, I shouldn't be getting yelled at by this lady while I'm at home with my kids.
We talked to Brandon who seemed very concerned about the situation, but it's out of his hands, he referred us to Broker Pamela Woolley of Keller Williams, who wasn't as concerned. She said gossiping doesn't count as a breach of confidentiality - especially since we aren't clients of theirs. Thank goodness for that because who knows how much more of our info would get out if we were!
When looking for a home or selling your own, the place you choose is important. Your agent is there to help you in a HUGE life decision, give you all the best options, be on YOUR side and help you throughout the process.

We are already so weary about any of our info being shared due to being recent victims of fraud and identity theft.
I want to make sure whoever is reading this is aware of my situation so this doesn't happen to them. It is very concerning that these are their standards and practices regarding anyone's personal information.
Having our information get into the wrong hands feels like such a personal violation.
This " business" is not a very professional one. They will take your personal information and pass it around like its no big thing.
- YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED of yourselves
My husband and I just bought a house and had the pleasure of working with this company! We had a very hard time with our lender and Stephane really went out of her way to make this process as smooth and quick as possible! She put so much time and effort into us and our home! She was the best realtor ever! They truly are so caring! I couldn’t recommend this company enough!
Our next step will be to go to the board of commissioners and file a formal grievance, because "gossip" or not there is a code of ethics that should be followed!
I strongly feel that personal information, whether they are a client or not, should never be shared with anyone outside of a professional setting without the consent or knowledge of that person. That is a breach of confidentially and extremely unprofessional.
PERSONAL and PRIVATE information that is given to a business in confidence and then shared or disclosed to others outside of work for unprofessional and malicious intent and purposes is beyond all business ethics and codes there is.
Jennifer Garcia is a realtor at Farmington Home Finder. She came across our personal information, and took it upon herself to disclose it to others outside of work for unprofessional and malicious purposes.
