I have known the groomer there for over 14 years and would not take my chihuahua's to anyone else. He has become a very caring and dear friend.
My husband and I purchased our very first puppy, a beautiful basset hound! Had her for 4 days and each day she had diarrhea. We just thought that it was due to her stress level or her diet.I came home for lunch on the 4th day only to find her depressed and dehydrated...long story short, they sold us our puppy infested with parvo. After taking her to the vet and having them test our puppy and find out she is positive, we proceeded with her treatment (Fur Fin and Feather believes that we should take the dog to them before the vet). While in the vets office 2 other owners who purchased dogs the same weekend as us have their puppies infested with parvo as well!!! When we all called FFF they were rude and wanted us to bring our dogs back (why would we take our dogs back to infest more dogs with this deadly disease?) Owners wife was the one that was rude...please make sure that if you want a healthy pet to not buy from FFF!!!! Our dog is still at the Vets, hopefully recovering successfully...and I hope that they Humane Society takes over and puts this business back in the right boots that they say they "Supposively" are in!
terrible service! Took our dog there to be groomed, 30 minutes later they call and say that the groomer mysteriously quit so they couldn't groom our dog. Didn't even offer any discounts or apologies for wasting my time. Will not go here again and will not reccomend it.
Rude owner and staff. Hateful about giving any info about where they get their puppies from...I'm thinking they are from puppy mills. Also, very impatient about letting us even look and play with puppies.
I meet Tom and Tammy over 30 years ago I'm disable they have pick out the best Dogs and. Birds I've every had and they you out with training the pups
