Rooms are clean but in need of updates. Exterior grounds were unkempt. Front desk staff is friendly. Exhaust fan not working. Check out receipt had incorrect card and number. Our card had already been charged. Be attentive to charges and CANCELLATION FEES.

Let me start by saying that I made a mistake of trying to go into this hotel stay with am open mind regardless of previous reviews and that was a major mistake. The A/C in the rooms had large enough gapping that I could see outside. I was told that several other rooms are like that. I was told that they couldn't do anything about it so I had to stuff toilet tissue all around it to ensure I would not have creepy roommates during my stay. Bed was so uncomfortable and I could feel every single spring when I moved which resulted in me having aches getting up each day and this what not good because I was there for what is equivalent to being a business trip. Shower rods are not even rods and they leaned down toward the floor so having a shower with a shower curtain was not happening. Not to mention that when I started to take a shower, the flooring made so much noise that I was afraid I would fall through to the floor below. When I was asked how my stay was, I told about the A/C issue and shower curtain problem, I was given the standard apology and then told that it was bought and came that way. Regardless of the purpose for work or leisure, I will never suggest it to anyone! The only reason I give it even one star is because it was a roof over my head at night and they had a breakfast that was decent.
Great price. Clean. But place is old and a little worn, however personnel were very nice.
