Very long wait times no matter what time you go there. The employees are rude and unhelpful also. This is the worst DMV I have ever been to.
Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The wait time was not too bad.
Extremely slow service, zero consideration for anyone but themselves, did not open on time and made an entire line of people stand outside in the cold for 45 minutes just because they can't update their hours! Even your voicemail says 7am-4pm Mon-Fri.. Pathetic, And of course a clerk that didn't even help me was extremely rude to me
Waited over an hour just for my number to be skipped. They skipped at least 9 people and started calling people who came in after us.
Horrible service, I've never felt so disrespected in my life. Recently moved to Farmington and just wanted to switch my drivers license over from Arizona....well it took 6 different visits and I still haven't been able to accomplish it! Visit after visit I was told something new that i didnt have which wasn't told to me in the first visit. Not to mention 6 visits which took approximately 2 hours each time. Slow, very disrespectful to you, waste of 12 hours of my life that I could be spending with me family. Your better off making the trip to Albuquerque for better customer service and a time saver.
