He took $2500 from me to file a divorce document in July, 2015. It is now January, 2016 and I still have no viable divorce document. It was only after I reported him to the State Disciplinary Board that I obtained anything. Unfortunately, the majority of what he sent was incorrect, e.g. he said I was married 25 years before I was married, mentioned a 401K that didn't exist and so on. During one of the hardest periods of my life, he made it even far more miserable.
Took my $1500 for an eviction and couldn't get ahold of him until today when I called his office stating I was calling my credit card company to reverse the charges. Suddenly he returned my call. For the last 2 weeks he would not answer calls or give me the "next step". The tenants have not even been served, I evicted them. He still could not answer questions regarding getting a judgment against them. Very unprofessional and does not follow through once he takes your money.
