Come to find out one of my relatives had already ordered one. I had called not but 6 hours later trying to cancel my On-line order.
I called and asked them to cancel all they told me was, we can't cancel online orders all we can do is submit a cancellation order form to out office.
Here I am now 72 hours later charged for the stove.
A very helpful lady assisted me in finding an alternative to a hard to find part
It'll take 24-48 hours for them to correspond to the form.
Buying locally from here on for appliances. Good luck if you buy appliances from them and it breaks down its all third party as far as them finding someone to repair it and they don't tell you the day of repair that the third party denied the request to repair it so now you're stuck doing the run around. While they fail to call and tell you they don't have someone coming to repair your appliance.
Had to shop at Farmington New Mexico location because the location near home Durango Colorado could not bothered to help with order of 25 sheet of siding.
Ordered an Electric Fire Stove on-line.
My whole ordeal is that it took them 3 days to fill the order. It could have taken them half the time to read an online cancellation form.
They had everything we needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great service.
