After spending thousands at this store we were asked to load our own furniture into our truck. Unprofessional.
Anybody thinking about purchasing furniture from this store should think twice. My family has had a line of credit and purchased several items from them. No problem with the furniture but we also bought the protection plan. Was told any problems would be covered with this added protection. Filed a claim and three weeks later they had no records of the claim. Re filed and was told 2 weeks later they had no cleaning services in our area. One month later they still haven't replaced my unit. DO NOT BUY HERE!
Best place to get the most out of your Furniture'-
Prices were fine. Sales were good. Sales floor was huge. Great place if you are shopping around. Looks really ratty on the outside, but inside was clean and presentable.
