Had to discuss my issue with manager to get an exchange the following day. 3 days total to watch a movie.

I've been Renting DVDs and Blue Ray movies for a few years. Front Row Seat has a decent variety of new and older movies. The movies are a alphabetical arranged. Making them easy to find.
That's when I was told of their policy. Damaged movies can only be returned within 24 hrs. Tried explaining my situation with work and watching movies. No luck, they wouldn't exchange movie.
I called front row seat wanting information on new recently released movies ( march 2017) clearly the girl didn't know of any movies. If you're job and specialty is supposed to be about movies, shouldn't you be aware of customer satisfaction at the same time getting paid for just that. The girl didn't even apologize for her lack of awareness and also bad attitude. Before calling we searched for website information, it would've helped if there was one.
The 2nd day, having the time to watch my movie. I opened the case, the DVD was scratched. So I took movie back and told them my problem.
I've nothing but good experience with front row. Got some of the old stuff that I like. Majority of the time I can find new release on the shelf. For the most part the staff are friendly. Also like the early return for credit policy.
Their verbal company policy on returning scratched DVD's is 24 hrs. I rented 5 movies from for the weekend. Had been working 2nd shift. So my availability to watch a movie is difficult cause of my hours.
