My granddaughter had an appointment today at 11:50 and because my daughter did not confirm her daughter's appointment yesterday for today the lady told my daughter that her daughter's appointment was cancelled and that she could not be seen there no more. The supervisor could not even appease my daughter due to their rude behavior in how they treated my daughter and granddaughter. Their call out log says they called us but our phone log does not even have a number from them saying that they called us. So please parents be advised on their treatment toward their clientele. They have no regards on what we have to do to get the days off so our children can get their teeth cleaned and properly taken care of. We pay for their wages and this is how we are treated.
Thank god Animas Pediatric Dental Group has better services and is more kid friendly and has a better system then Smiles for Kids
They wouldn't take my son in for a emergency cavity fill because they said we were taking off their "List" for unresponsive phone calls that we did not receive!
Horrible. They said my kids missed appointments and we didn't even get letters or a notice for their appointments. The front desk girls are not helpful at all. They don't know what their doing and won't give clear answers to my questions.
