Scheduled my appointment on a specific day a month in advance. The lady said "ok I have you all set". The day of my appointment I called to let them know I'm coming. They said they didn't have anything down. My next appointment I scheduled at 2:00 two weeks in advance. The lady (repeated ) it at 2pm and I also repeated it back to her. I called the day before to confirm it and they said they had it at 1:30 and the 2pm were all booked. Looking for new dental else where
my wife when into the dentist with my daughter because she had a tooth ache , they advise her it was going to be 140 dollars for cleaning an extraction. she gave them our credit and the charged 539 without getting any approval other work been done. the billing lady said there is nothing she can do just deal with it. Don't take your children to this rip off place.
It was horrible service the building had no toys or TV or music to entertain those who are waiting. My daughter had a cleaning and it took over an hour to get seen. I was extremely disappointed. Never going there
I have gone to this place in the past they did ok, but i took my daughter to kids kare and they jacked her teeth up they didnt even fill the back of her teeth, only the front. They did a horrible job on her teeth. NEVER AGAIN. If you want to toucher your kids thia is the beat place to take em...

this is the worse place for kids I've ever been. Even in their own website they don't have photos of Farmington location because it's barn. you walk through the glass door with a lot of greasy fingerprints. Then you will see a average size of lobby with a lot of chairs around and about forty people waiting. No kids friendly pictures on the walls, no toys or books or play area for kids or TV even no fish tank or some plants so kids can occupy themselves while waiting. Waiting will be at least 50 min from scheduled appointment time. And when you finally will be called in inside don't be so happy :) Inside they have huge barn with another waiting area in front of dentist chairs when they are serving another crying kids. So your waiting kid can experience whole horror of cry and pain before he will even get on the chair. I forgot about spiderweb above you and dirty walls ( never been washed) with different colors stain on it. If your child doesn't like your current dentistry go to Kids Kare to show him a difference. My total wait was about 1.5 hour only for 2 sec x-ray. When doctor open pack with tools and touched them without gloves i refuse did cleaning in this place and walked away.
