The reason I give it one star is because a jail should not be a great experience. I worked at one for over three years. Jail is not a vacation and if you break the law you get the punishment. That said every individual must be treated as a human and given the opportunity to change. That is what the corrections part of it is all about. Helping people correct themselves. Brief history jails have been around forever it was the catholic church that reformed prisons and intended them to be rehab centers rather then punishment and torture centers.
I was treated like a dog! Mr Havel and some EMTs like to provoke intoxicated people so they could rough them up so I am requesting videos of my recent visit! Mr Havel has had issues before running that so called detention center according to the daily times. None of the employees wear name tags and they are very unprofessional. The Justice Dept needs to investigat ASAP!
