Attendants did not dry off car completely which resulted in water spots all over the car. The windows were streaked and actually looked better prior to washing. I have had excellent service here before but not this time. Probably my last time using this car wash.
Took forever for the person to show up to take payment. At the very least a sign saying someone will be there to take payments shortly or directing you to the door would have been better.
Gave it one star because they don't have zero. My daughter-in-law came to vist and she wanted her pickup cleaned (she's very picky about keeping it nice). I recommended this place,though I have never used it. When she got back to pickup kids, the handle on the back door was broken. She went back right away to tell them and they said NO they wouldn't fix it. Now it will cost about $200 to get it fixed. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!
I do want to give them credit for going back and checking their security tapes and showing them to her. You can't tell they actually broke it but the person did realize it was a problem and used the other door.
Not much continuity in quality. I have been there before and my truck was pretty much spotless. I went today and have lots of water spots on chrome and small pieces of bug guts on front grill. The windows were clean though. Disappointed with the quality of work I paid for.
Horrible experience. Nothing was clean interior was dirty and we paid for it to be clean. Outside mirrors where never wiped down. Previous they scratched our windshield! Not impressed at all! We have gone their many times and it’s hit or miss. Will not be back to many chances and no change. Don’t go you could clean your car better for half the price at Octopus. Be cautious!
Place really needs an option to do card payments right at the "PAY HERE" area from your car. Waited 5 minutes or more for someone to show up on our first time there and weren't sure where to even pay since their payment area is actually hidden away in a small door on the side of the building.
