Their products are over priced. The employees often have their long hair down, and use bare hands to get food. The employees often just sit around not doing anything and are extremely rude. Its cheaper to by cookie dough at walmart or make your own cookies then to deal with this rude and uncleanly place!

Recently moved to the area and wanted to get my husband a cookie cake for Father's day. I ordered the cake the day before around 12 for pick up today at 1. We got there at 12 45 and the lady told me since I told her I didn't want it until 1 she just now started it. We waited 15 minutes and came back to a cake that didn't look anything like the picture I drew for her I was extremely disappointed. When I asked her why she didn't make it like the picture she told me she was busy and didn't have time to make it and that the cookie was "too small". I told her that's why I ordered it yesterday and she said she had to make the cookie fresh before I picked it up. Their cookies are good but this place is extremely over priced for poor customer service and laziness. Will try and tell anyone and everyone NOT to go here.
